Welcome to my site! My paintings are in watercolours and inks, I love working in flowing mediums, watching the bleed as the flowing medium moves around my page, and, hopefully, with experienced control from me, creates an exciting colourful painting. Recently the development of my work shows how I have experimented more and more with disturbing the surface I am painting on to create texture in my watercolours. I have been working on watercolour canvas and stitching into it over the paint, and gradually I have become interested in textiles and design. I am now learning more about this aspect on a Degree Course at Norwich University of the Arts. It is really interesting and demanding and I hope to be able to expand my work as I gain new skills and techniques.
